the bar was busy and there was long wait to be served, which annoyed me. some guests seemed to had consumed excessive alcohol and the entrance to the toilets had vomit, it was disgusting.

it was recommended by friends. i found the room comfortable and a good size. the pub restaurant provided a tasty breakfast with a good selection.
The extra heater in my room did not stay on. I found this inconvenient. staff at checkout seemed unconcerned when i mentioned the room temperature. they shrugged and apologized. this response was disappointing. I expected more.

the staff at reception were friendly it was a self check-in process but they offered assistance.
the car park lacked dedicated spaces for hotel guests i found parking challenging after a long drive. the in-room information was also lacking i had difficulty getting clarity on breakfast service details i had to contact customer service multiple times.

i visited the village gym and i found it clean. the gym had modern equipment that i used. i liked that my room rate included gym and pool access. becca at the pool was helpful.
the bar got very busy. getting served took a while sometimes. some guests was to drink too much.
